Urge.... Stephanie brother....I was an arc reader I received an advance copy for an honest review . Skye and Driver are the main characters of the book skyworks for driver has been for 2 years Haley was his main assistant and she quit so there was an advancement Amy took the top position and offered skye to be driver's personal assistance he had a reputation for being a billionaire playboy . Sky was not the type of girl to fall for any guy especially Playboy so she went to work for him it didn't end well the first day she was there she end up sleeping with him he's to do to her and she quit but he was so impressed with the way she worked and interacted with him that he wanted her back he needed her back to get his company back on track so he made an offer she could NOT refuse. In the meantime they find out a bunch of family secret that can either bring them closer or tear them down I felt the story and it kind of quickly but other than that I enjoyed the book
I think that this book could have had the potential to be a great book,but it seems a bit patchy,almost written in a hurry,the characters are not well delineated,they are described summarily,the supporting characters are a bit thrown in the middle,the plot is confusing...so it's a fast,non-binding reading.
I read other books from this author and I think that she can do a lot better.

The heroine of this book, Skye, is a tough, smart woman who can and does take care of herself. She doesn't want or need a man to do that. Driver is a man who seems to get whatever he wants. This is a very good story about the dynamics between the two when Skye starts working as Driver's personal assistant. I enjoyed their banter, especially the way Skye puts him in his place. The only negative for me was that the story seemed to end abruptly. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
You’ll like this if you like steamy step brother romances with a strong female lead. Skye is well educated and tough. She will not take crap from a man, even if that man happens to be her very powerful boss. Driver was an up and coming media mogul who knew how to handle his job as well as his women. He was a bad boy who lived a fast life. You can imagine when Skye and Driver connected that it was going to be something good. So if you are looking for a quick step brother romance read, this will fit that bill.

Driver Fox is a hot Alpha who demands as much from others as he demands from himself. He personifies the adage "work hard and play hard.” Skye is Driver’s virtual assistant. She keeps his schedule running smoothly and puts out fires. She is very good at her job. Her talent is noticed, and Skye moves up to become Driver’s IRL assistant.
Skye’s character is business savvy and tough without being abrasive or harsh, and I love how she handles everything Driver throws at her. And he has some VERY unorthodox tests to see if she can handle the job. The ending came out of nowhere for me. It felt like it ended several chapters too soon, and I wasn’t quite sure of who knew what and when.

This is the story of Driver and Skye. Driver is the CEO of a digital media empire and Skye is his VA (virtual assistant) who is eventually hired to be Driver's Executive Assistant and private handler. I liked Skye, she was smart and tough and didn't kiss Driver's delectable butt. Driver was a little one dimensional, but I think it was only because the story was so short. If the story had been longer, I'm sure the author would have been able to write him as a fully realized character. What I did read of him, he was sexy and smart, but a bit of jerk sometimes.
The stepbrother thing was practically negligible in the story, and the reveal of it was confusing and just thrown in for some reason. It was as if it had nothing to do with what was going on in the story, and had really no impact or importance. The story would have been better off without this aspect.
So, while I enjoyed this story, it was way, way too short and not fully realized. Sexy yes, but it felt really incomplete and one-dimensional.
I was gifted this book for an honest review and really enjoyed this book and the free bonus book as well. Stephaine Brother never fails to deliver a great book and story. I really enjoy reading each and everyone of her books.
